Arquos Inc. (“Arquos,” “we,” “us”), operating as Arquos Digital Studio, operates arquos.ca. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account. Passwords are handled entirely by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Project information: answers you give us through our quote wizard — business name and description, project type, goals, desired features, timeline, and budget range — so we can prepare a personalized quote.
- We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use this information to create and manage your account, prepare and send your personalized quote by email, communicate with you about your project, and improve our services.
How we store it
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and is scoped to your account through row-level security — other users cannot access it. Your session is kept signed-in using your browser’s local storage, not tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Arquos (such as our hosting and email delivery providers), and only as needed to provide our services.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@arquos.ca. As a Canadian business, we handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA.
Retention
We keep your account and project information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and delete it on request.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version.
